A nationwide federation

Rural women: drivers of development and wealth creation

The FRFRC brings together, represents and supports Cameroon's rural women so they can produce, process, start businesses and prosper.

Who we are

A strong, united and dynamic national network

The Federation of Rural Women's Networks of Cameroon (FRFRC) works to organise and empower rural women across Cameroon.

With a network of 35 local branches and some 5,500 women mobilised, the Federation aims to strengthen its presence in all ten regions of the country, bringing its work closer to rural women and supporting their participation in economic and social development.

The FRFRC promotes:

  • Rural women's entrepreneurship
  • Agricultural production
  • Food processing
  • Marketing local products
  • Promoting cultural heritage
